Through a recent discussion with 'customer services' I have been advised that this is the best place to voice my dissatisfaction.
I have discovered that Meta use targeted promotions for all of their sales. I was hoping to take advantage of their 40% off Black Friday offer a friend of mine pointed me to. Only to find out that I am not part of the chosen few who are able to take advantage of it.
I asked to raise a complaint but was told "Please provide your feedback through the designated link, as they specialize in handling all customer complaints and issues. Our agents do not have the ability to address complaints directly."
The main Meta page shows you can save up to 40% then pulls the rug out from under you when you got to the actual store.
It is a very anti-consumer practice to lock offers behind criteria like this. This would be like Amazon pricing something for each customer individually.
I am unhappy a frustrated with this and encourage others to share this message.

I have the same issue on all deals. My gf sees them, I don't. I assume it's because I buy stuff and she doesn't, but that's just a guess.
