Good morning, today when I logged into Facebook they told me that my account is suspended since an ig account linked to my emailwas terminated for breaking the rules, when I saw the linked account “me_mary121834 I realized which does not correspond to my original account, so I ask for your support as I do not want to lose my Facebook account due to this incident. I share a screenshot that on October 8 they accessed my email and Facebook from Mexico City, where I live in Culiacán Sinaloa and I have not traveled there in months. I didn't realize since I hardly use that email anymore. When trying to open my account with the email I realize that there are more linked accounts
For your kind information it's not help centre for Instagram or Facebook so from here you will never get help from the support team because it's a community forum for meta quest.
As per your explanation i think your account has been suspended or desable but you posted it with a heading that mean your account got hacked.
For getting help someone who have experience in this community you should post with clear explanation of your issue if possible attached some screenshot.
