I need help about my account it has been 3weeks now and no one is capable of solving it. everyday the give me different agents and they ask me same question over and over and over and over. no ending cycle!!! i only have 50+ days to appeal for my account and your guys taking a day to response just to ask the same question te agent before you already asked!!!
my account has been suspended because my son put his birthday on vr while playing. they suspend my meta account alongside facebook and instagram. at first they said to log in facebook to follow the on screen instruction. However, theres no on screen instruction. it only says to download my information and go to meta.auth.com. when I go to meta auth i cant log in using fb,insta, or email cuz I am suspended. I try to reached out here and dm one of the support. they contacted me via email and*. nothings getting resolved nor improvement. it sucks!! support sucks!!! i already submitted my ID and all and info on the account and in apppurchases but every single day they will ask about it again because it was another support agent!!! no one is reviewing my issue or my ID they just want to response to your email just to say they did something even though they are just repeating the same respond just like the other agent before them!!! i have all the names of these agent Ashin, Shaathes, Paul, Sept, Dylan, John, Andreia, and the lates Kim!! all asking for the same information!!
also, support in this site dont respond to you at!! im asking them where can i get my ID verified because facebook wont let me cuz im suspended!! I worked as a email support at X(twitter) before but i never encounter this kind of support!! my issue is cycling all over there sweaty office until get lost in the oblivion dont care about how important your account to you. my facebook account is almost 15 years.
First line support is just an AI. I'm surprised you hadn't worked that out by now. The support-bot will be along shortly to recommend a DM which may lead to a real person, eventually.
already taled to a real person. five of them actualy and no one can fix my problem they just transfering me around and ask the same stupid question over and over
so update on this. they are still freaking lazy!! i just told the support here to update the email support team about my case so that they will be updated and not wasting time. then boom!! new agent emailed me and guess what?? yeah. asking the same stupid question!!! im about to loss my mind with email support. theyre just love to waste time as long as they reached their quota for the day. they dont care about your case.
But there are also have live chat support in business help centre so you should reach out to meta business support team via live chat..i can help you to do that and resolve your issue if you want!
If you have any active Facebook account then please go business support home and there will be a button named still need help. Click on the button and then you will redirect to a new page where you need to provide your information and a brief description about your issue after that click on the submit button now wait for 5to10 minutes. A meta representative will be connect with you to help you.
