I need help about my account it has been 3weeks now and no one is capable of solving it. everyday the give me different agents and they ask me same question over and over and over and over. no ending cycle!!! i only have 50+ days to appeal for my account and your guys taking a day to response just to ask the same question te agent before you already asked!!!
my account has been suspended because my son put his birthday on vr while playing. they suspend my meta account alongside facebook and instagram. at first they said to log in facebook to follow the on screen instruction. However, theres no on screen instruction. it only says to download my information and go to meta.auth.com. when I go to meta auth i cant log in using fb,insta, or email cuz I am suspended. I try to reached out here and dm one of the support. they contacted me via email and*. nothings getting resolved nor improvement. it sucks!! support sucks!!! i already submitted my ID and all and info on the account and in apppurchases but every single day they will ask about it again because it was another support agent!!! no one is reviewing my issue or my ID they just want to response to your email just to say they did something even though they are just repeating the same respond just like the other agent before them!!! i have all the names of these agent Ashin, Shaathes, Paul, Sept, Dylan, John, Andreia, and the lates Kim!! all asking for the same information!!
also, support in this site dont respond to you at!! im asking them where can i get my ID verified because facebook wont let me cuz im suspended!! I worked as a email support at X(twitter) before but i never encounter this kind of support!! my issue is cycling all over there sweaty office until get lost in the oblivion dont care about how important your account to you. my facebook account is almost 15 years.
day 2 updating here about email support being lazy. they transfer me again to different agent and it seems that this agent dont even know what my issue is. they are not reading your whole conversation with the past agents and just proceed to their probing question and when you answered they will transfer you again to different agent. man, email support suck ass!! just zombies in front of the computer~~~
day 3 updating here about my issue. they still dont know what to do with my account. didnt these guys have training before hiring these zombies??? all you can do is refer me to one another!! i keep saying i need to verify my age so i can access my account but they keep asking me stupid question then transfer me to another brainless agent!! the hell man!! why pay these kind o fpeople???
Im so sorry to hear about your account. I seem to be having the same issue. How did you originally get in contact with support and get a reply? I havent been able to reach anyone on my end
send this one a dm MetaQuestSupport and they will say to wait for their email support to contact you. dont get your hopes up though theyre really lazy monkeys
another update! these zombies just marked my case as resolved even though its not solved yet!!! the hell with that!! how can you run a email support team this lazy? stupid zombie just closed my account without even knowing my real issue is. they dont read they dont care they dont work!!! i just need them to verify my age!!! i had send them my valid IDs already but they keep replying with stupid nonsense!!!
OK SO THESE BUNCH OF MONKIES BLOCK ME FOR MESSEGING THEM!! LOL WHAT A BUNCH OF LOSERS!!! CANT EVEN DO THEIR JOB JUST BRAINLESS RATS!!! YOU JUST BLOCKED PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO HUH?!! CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH!!
