HI,
IS THERE ANY WAY TO ACCESS FILES I TRANSFERRED TO THE QUEST ON MY SECONDARY ACCOUNT?
I AM TRYING TO ACCESS MUSIC FILES ON TRIBE XR ON MY SECONDARY ACCOUNT, BUT THEY'LL ONLY SHOW ON THE ADMINISTRATORS ACCOUNT.
I TRIED DOWNLOADING THE MUSIC FILES DIRECTLY INTO THE SECONDARY ACCOUNT, BUT THAT STILL WON'T DO IT.

As of right now, we do have certain limitations for secondary accounts. This unfortunately includes file transfer options. You can only transfer files from the administrator account, but if you'd like to change which account is the primary you can absolutely do so by performing a factory reset to the headset and logging in with the account you want to transfer files to. Just make sure you have cloud backup enabled before factory resetting, we'd hate for you to lose any data!
