AGE RESTRICTION, CANNOT PM?

I have sent numerous emails and messages via meta community. I was recently responded to by " meta manager" or whom ever, which instructed me to "Pm" on their page. But I have been to the page, and I do not see a "PM" BUTTON OR LINK. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS. CAN SOMEONE PM OR EMAIL ME BACK WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO UNLOCK MY CHILDS HEADSET.

for sending a PM click on @MetaQuestSupport 

this will bring you to their profile page and yoi will see this

Click on the blue "send a message" button and you are ready to type in your message.🙂
