@li0_90s_kid unfortunately it's below the minimum spec. You may get it to work with SteamLink or Virtual Desktop but the experience isn't going to be great.
It doesn't have a hardware video encoder so it's not going to work with Link, Airlink or any of the alternatives. Only native displayport headsets (like Rift-S) will work, albeit poorly.
