So I know there have been changes regarding the app referrals, but last I checked, beat saber is 29.99 USD. I should be getting 3 USD or AU$4.5 or 5. For other referrals, I got AU$7 for the same app (beat saber).

You're correct; there have been changes to the app referral program, and now apps priced between $20 and $29.99 will be credited $2 in USD, which is why you received $3 AU (we can only do dollar increments, which is why you didn't receive the 6 cents).
