Hello, if I bought pro shortly before the price cut, can I refund the difference or get compensation? (It doesn't feel good when the price of an item you bought a while ago suddenly drops!)
If you bought it anywhere other than oculus you have to talk to them. Most places will price match with in reason. But in reality that's how economics work, I don't think you are actually entitled to compensation.
@PITTCANNA is 100% right on this one. If you purchased your Quest Pro from Meta directly, I'd recommend reaching out to support so they can look into your options. You can submit a ticket with the team here. It's been a while since the price dropped in March, so I'm not sure there's much (if anything) that can be done. Never hurts to check though!
