Hi! So.. I was wondering if when you factory reset (to change main account) a meta quest, if you'd also lose the promotions that came with the device after you turn it on. I didn't redeem them yet, since the device isn't mine. That's why I'm asking if they'll stay if it gets factory reset..
Promotional games are automatically redeemed for the first account to activate a headset. Even after a factory reset, the game will stay in that user's library. After the game has been redeemed once, it can't be redeemed again or transferred to another user.
