I created a Meta account for myself, and my son (12y) started using it for his VR activities. We didn't think much of it in the beginning. Now I would like to have an own account for him and supervise it as a parent. My son would not like to lose everything he has achieved on the original account so I would like him to keep the account, and just change it into a child account.
I created another account for me and sent an invitation for parental control from the first account to the new account. I can open the invitation with my new account and everything seems fine until the last step where I finally try to accept the invitation. There is an error message saying (translated to English):
"Something isn't working
This may be due to a technical issue or because your account may not have permission to perform this action. [More information]"
What did I do wrong here? Any ideas how to solve this?

Having the same issue, appears lots of people have the same problem, doesn't seem to be a user friendly solution
