I came to work at new company- long story they lost access due to the fact the employee handling it died suddenly. I have managed to figure out the username, phone number associated with the account and have the actual phone------- and I STILL can't get the password to reset- makes NO sense!!!!!!!!
No one to call or talk to- the link they send to text doesn't go anywhere and the help sections are literally circles of nothing but "try harder to remember your password". duh.
