The situation is that I ordered a Quest 3 from Meta on launch. It was lost in transit, I was refunded and purchased a replacement headset locally. Two weeks later the missing headset arrived.
I contacted support, asked as a hail mary to keep the headset for my daughter. I was told no and to expect a shipping label email to return it. I waited for 2 months and no email showed.
I contacted support again asked to keep the headset, was told no and told if it was activated the account doing so would be permanently suspended. I was advised a return shipping label would be coming via email. It never arrived.
I have then emailed support asking for the return info and have not received any reply for over a week.
As much as I want to keep the headset I don't want to mess up an account or do anything shady to activate it. I'm happy to send it back however, cannot seem to get any info to do so.
I'm open to suggestions from someone regarding being able to contact support.
