I was adding a new account for my household, we've got a Q2 & Q3, and somehow changed my birthday so I'm now only 14 years old. This is also a problem for my daughters account that I supervise, because she can no longer log in and her account will be deactivated on 8/20 according to the email I received from meta. The email didn't say exactly what was wrong, but said a problem with my account is causing a problem with my daughters account and she will need another guardian to take the parental supervision role. When I found my birthdate to be incorrect I tried to fix it, but I get an error saying I can't do this right now.
I've been emailing with Meta support for 17 days now. 3 diffident people have picked up, ask a question, I respond and get nothing for days, then a new person responds leaving me to sit for days without a reply.
If someone can help me I will be greatly appreciative. The support ticket is #07200505.
Thanks!
