Roughly a month or so ago, I had linked an instagram account to my meta account—overriding the date of birth on my meta account. After attempting to change it, both my ID and the selfie video were denied. I had tried linking a separate account with the correct DoB also, however it had altered that account as well. Trying to change it now provides me this message:
After contacting support, as instructed, they said that they could not change it—despite what this screen is asking me to do.
With an incorrect DoB I am unable to use certain features I used to be able to. Is there any solution and/or workaround? I will open another email support ticket, if needed.
