Account Hacked and Disabled

  • My Facebook account was hacked before it was disabled. I believe the hacker gained access to my account and may have violated Facebook's Community Standards, leading to the account being disabled.

  • Despite being logged in, I still cannot access my account, and I received a notification stating that my account does not meet Facebook's Community Standards on account integrity.

  • The message also mentions that I cannot request another review of the decision, leaving me without a clear way forward.

  • I am looking for assistance to understand why my account was disabled and how I can recover my account after the hacking incident.

  • I would like to speak with a Meta representative or someone from the support team to explain the situation and help me regain access to my account.

Hi! I am going through the same thing right now! It says Community Standards on account integrity on my Instagram and Facebook was also shut down because of that. I see that the unrecognized account is tied to my IG, and that account must have done something that resulted in my account being closed. I've emailed 3 different Instagram support and it's been a week since I wrote them but no answer,. I have a business account tied to my personal so this is a huge issue. When I try to log in to my account, it tells me no account exists. I've contacted CA and my home state's AG's office. My next step is to hire someone if I don't hear from Meta within the next few days. It is sad that something someone did, but we have to take a hit. I have no option to "appeal" either since my account is already disabled. I hope we can get this resolved very, very soon.

Unfortunately, the Meta representative will just point you to the FB help page. We are completely on our own with this. Zero customer service with FB and Insta, yet, they want us to buy Meta products? No thank you.

Yes, it keeps going circle. I do not understand how any innocent users get punished for it. I don't mind providing all my information to prove who I am, but it doesn't even give me that option. Thanks for your reply!

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
