Account ID for 12 year old- Frustrations

Can I please request urgent help with my sons account which has been locked now since the 21st January, which is  over a month now. I have tried emailing and I am disgusted to the responses I got with no acknowledgement to my requests for information, the responses were just cut and pasted. I need someone to call me to help a non technical adult to try and sort out this mess which I believe is a huge embarrassment to Meta as I have played ping pong with emails and still not sorted out my frustrations.

The problem:

My son has an Oculus 2, his account which is locked due to a request to ID being 12 yrs old. My wife set the account up, but cant remember if the details were in my sons details or hers as an adult. As the account is locked we cant do or check anything. We have uploaded ID for both my wife and son and its still locked. We now have a very expense toys that is sat there gathering dust and a lot of online games we purchased for him for Xmas he cant play.

Please understand my tether is at its end and I want desperately to sort this Meta mess out and be able to talk to someone in person as I struggle to understand how a global company hides behind emails without any accountability to their clients, its appalling and embarrassing I just want to talk to someone to sort it out.

Can anyone help, please?
