I am trying to gain access to my account that has my games, but I can't because when I try to, I get prompted to log in to an account that does not own them. Did I just lose ownership of the games I bought? Is there a way to get back into that account, obtain proof of ownership, or transfer something to my new account? I really just want to regain access to my old account. I have been trying for months. Please tell me there is a way to get it back. I don't want to give up.

Hi @SilverDeath  it sounds like you need the help of Support.

Take a look here - read some of the topics, if they don't help, there's a "Contact support" button.  You'll need to click through the advice and eventually there's a "This did not solve my issue" button that let's you contact them.
