OK, this is getting annoying...

When I logged into my Quest 2 one day I was advised I needed to create a meta account and so I did. As far as I know I migrated my account when I did this. I still have access to all my games, etc.

Why am I receiving these emails?

Same goes for me

made the meta account a year ago, and received a email yesterday that i need to migrate the account to meta account or i will loose everything when they delete it on march 26. not sure about all of this, is it a real mail from meta? Also does not explain anything how to do it

I got the same email.

I have an oculus account that I use for Quest 2, and I created a Meta account because Meta warned me that I had to. Now I get this email. The instructions I find for migrating don't work. I'm afraid I will lose my games at the end of March. Can Meta tell us how to migrate?

There does not seem any support at meta, at least i can not find it

same here. I thought i already migrated. My meta account and facebook account are synced in the meta account center.  am i ok?

Thanks to MetaQuestSupport, my account is now migrated and I am happy. I was very frustrated with endless prompts for login when I was already logged in (to something), and what seemed to be bugs in Meta's webpages. MetaQuestSupport suggested I try a different browser. I tried Firefox, and that cleared up most of my confusion. Now, I can log in directly to Meta and see my orders. Then I can log in to the Forum with no problem. Edge (which is up to date) was just not working correctly with the Meta website.

Good to hear. I have yet to have my issue resolved and am waiting for an official response from a person in support myself. 

 

Just saw an article on google and it seems that anyone with a previous Oculus account is at risk of losing anything connected to that account by march end when they remove Oculus from Meta.
