Account Restricted Message

I received the email that I was accepted into the MHCP and began following instructions to login and complete my enrollment. As I did so it claimed my account was restricted and to see my email for details. I was never restricted and never received said email. I have looked everywhere. I am still active and able to log into my account on hop on Horizon Worlds as usual, I just checked and there is nothing saying I am restricted. It's only when I try to log in to continue my enrollment. It's very strange. I havent even done anything but go to my own worlds to check they're still working properly in closed instances. Please help!

I bought my oculus from a friend two months ago and I've been restricted since day 1, with nowhere to turn for help from the company.

 

They clearly don't care about their customers ans they've sincerely got me thinking it's about time to switch to the Vibe.
