This not so techy mom has tried her best to set up a parent meta account with my birthdate and a couple days later have set up my child’s account under the parent portal but am continuing to get account suspension notifications. When clicked on it asks if I am sharing an account with a 10-12 year old and then it asks me to set up an account for a 10-12 year old (have already done this). What further steps do I need to take to verify that these accounts are correct for the ages of the people using them. I am concerned that the accounts are deleted/suspended since games have already been purchased on them.
