Hello,
Our VR headset (Meta Quest 2), hasn't been turned on in a while. When we charged it up and turned it on, we are getting a message that says a parent must act by January and then it displays a code that I am supposed to enter on meta.com/device.
The problem is that I cannot access that page. My account is "temporarily unavailable" and the web page gets stuck in a redirect loop, never resolving the page. This first was noticed back in October 2024, we shelved the VR headset and then confirmed that the problem still exists (I guess temporarily unavailable is a long time?).
