Account deletion

I've had a email telling me that my oculus account will be deleted on the 29/3/24 and I will lose absolutely everything on my oculus if I don't migrate it all to a Meta account!!?? Now I don't understand this and can't find any information on how to do this.  Can anybody help me please?

it's a reminder....several people are receiving these mail in the past few days.

.I assume you've already migrated your Oculus account to a Meta account more than a year ago.

To be sure log into your Meta account HERE

Click on your profile pic, then on "Meta horizon profile settings"

On the following page at the left bar click on "orders

It should show all your purchases, including those you'ne made with your old Oculus account.

If you can see all your game there, you just can ignore the mail.

If NOT, send a PM @MetaQuestSupport   so they can have look in your account.

Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
