Hi there,
I recently purchases a Quest 3 (serial: 2G0YBW7F8Q00BK) and after 3 days of installs, config, and some light app testing, my account was erroneously banned?
I am a previous quest 2 owner (from ~2 years prior) with a robust purchase history. I am challenged to find the correct avenue to voice concerns or appeal after navigating the website for a phone #.
Is there someone that can help me with this? I did not violate the Virtual Experiences Code of Conduct, nor the Terms of Service. Especially, given how little I've actually used the device ... I believe this was an automated ban by accident or something.
I created a new account temporarily, however I do not want to spend another 500$ on the same apps that I already have purchased ...
Any advice or guidance to appeal this ban which was done in error?

Sorry, I also wanted to add that I did create a support ticket 5 business days ago (their posted SLA is 48h), I am not sure if it's going anywhere or is a monitored inbox. I just wanted to share I did follow the inital support path, cheers.
