my oculus app is saying wrong password or email every time i try to log in. i put in the same password and email every time and I changed just to make sure its correct and it is, i need help.

Oculus account
Meta account
Facebook
Instagram
Email
We typically see this error pop up when users choose to continue with their Oculus account. If your account is already migrated to a Meta account login, it may be why you see the incorrect credentials error if you're continuing with your Oculus account.
Along with that, we recommend:
Checking the PC app for any updates
Sometimes, a version mismatch can cause problems when attempting to log in
Try logging in using another internet connection
Try closing any other applications that might be causing conflictions with our software
