When I charged up my Quest 2 today, it forced me to log in to my Facebook account again to migrate it to a Meta account. Only problem is that it says it can’t access my FB account and can’t pull user data from the account. Now my Quest 2 is essentially a useless headset because it can’t access my previously working account. I even had to create a brand new meta account just so I could post on this forum to try getting help. WTF is going on???

Hello there @GorillamgHelp! We can understand your concern and what you may be feeling right now. Having access to your account and information is extremely important to us, so we empathize with you not being able to access your old account. We have completed our account migration process and no longer use Oculus accounts. If you check out this article here, it will give a little more insight. It is possible that you may have received a migration email, so we would suggest checking your spam for that email. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

This doesn’t help at all. As I said, it is forcing me to login with my Facebook account at meta.com/setup and enter a code where it tells me that it cannot access the Facebook data. I do not have any other option.

Even if I select “Setup with Email”, it gives the same pop-up error message.
