I changed my phone, after which logging into my Meta Horizon account was unsuccessful and instead led to the creation of a new account. The email address in question already has a Meta Horizon account, so now there are two accounts linked to the same email address.
So, I can no longer log into my old account, which is linked to my Meta Quest 2 headset, meaning I can't manage anything related to my old account. How can I sync the accounts or delete the new account without affecting the old one? Both accounts are using the same email address.
Click on their name to visit their profile page, then click the "send message" button.
