I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my Meta Quest 2 headset. Inside the device, it prompts me to enter a code from my Meta account for what seems to be parental control setup. However, I’m completely stuck because I can’t access my Meta account.
When I try to log in to meta.com with the email linked to my headset, I’m told an OTP code will be sent, but I never receive anything. I’ve tried resetting my password, but again, no code is sent. Even when clicking “Resend code,” I receive no emails. I’ve checked my inbox, spam, and even my email console, but there’s no sign of any message from Meta.
The other suggested method is to change the email address linked to the account. I followed the process, entered the serial number, and submitted an ID, but never heard back from Meta. Now, when trying to redo the process, it says the serial number is invalid.
To add to my frustration, it’s impossible to call or speak with an agent. I’m completely stuck with no apparent solution to recover my account. I urgently need help!
