My account has been hacked which resulted in my facebook and instagram to be suspended. I can not log into the oculus to retrieve my games. I appealed and appealed and nothing. I sent photos and did the moving of the face verification and I don’t know what else to do l. I also tried replying back to the email where it said it was going to he suspended and still nothing. I tried making another account for my son and that also got suspended.
My original account I only posted family related pictures and the hacker posted other things to get it suspended. I don’t understand why it is so hard to get the account back since it is obvious it was hacked. Any solution would be greatly appreciated to recover our games back.
