Account suspended by mistake

My Facebook account "Ottavio Bernes" (bernes.ottavio@hotmail.it) was suspended. I think this is a mistake: when I try to log in to Facebook it says "Your Facebook account has been suspended because your Instagram account anphuongan_680 does not comply with our rules", but nevertheless the account mentioned does not belong to me and I cannot access it to challenge the decision made. I ask for a check to be done, thank you.

I attach the error message i see, if needed i can send my personal ids

Hey @ottaviobernes.jp, we're disheartened to learn that you have lost your Facebook account by mistake however we here at Meta Quest Support do not possess the relevant resources to provide any assistance in this matter. We suggest you to contact Facebook Help Centre for the same.

Also my META and OCULUS account was suspended, i cant get access to my quest 2 device

the problem affects also my meta and oculus account, i've tried contacting instagram and facebook support but i didnt get the chance to talk with an operator or to explain my situation properly to anyone, please help me reaching them or solve my issue, thanks
