Hi there, please please help me. I’ve linked my sons VR to my meta account along with my Facebook and instagram. I kept receiving emails from ye to prove I was over 18 but when I clicked on email link I couldn’t make out what I was supposed to do now my accounts have been suspended including my Facebook and instagram as there all linked through meta. I keep logging into my meta account but again can’t figure out how to retrieve my accounts or send my ID. I’m useless with technology and don’t know what I’m doing. I really need my social media’s back. Can you help?

Hey @Anonymous! The best way to PM @MetaQuestSupport would be to click on their name to get to their profile. Once there, there'll be a button that says 'Send a Message.' You'll click that and it should take you right to their private messages.
If you're not seeing that option, I would suggest checking your Private Messenger preferences in your settings. Make sure the box to 'Turn on Private Messages' is checked.
Glad to hear it worked out to reach out to them! From here the best course would be to keep in touch with them, they'll be able to help out or hopefully point you in a better direction than I'm able to.
