Account suspension

Hi my sons account has been suspended. I am using my email. I bought him a VR headset and now he cannot use it for anything. He hasnt used it for a few months but now wants to play robllocks. Can someone please help me as Im running out of patience. spent £500 on it and cannot use it. I'm getting this:
