Good luck fixing. Meta wont do anything to help you. I've been fighting this exact same issue since January of this year(2024) and I still cant get them to help. I even made them a video showing the issue since 99% of their support is not English speaking natively, I thought maybe a video would help bridge any language barrier.
Nope, and you are not alone. This issue is several years old according to google searches with not a single actual solution.
Just an update, they finally fixed it for me today, they had to escalate the issue to their highest level tech support and he fixed it in 1 email. Took 9 month to get meta to escalate it, but if you keep at them, eventually they should resolve. Good luck!
