A kid who came to my house used my VR headset without asking and ended up downloading Roblox, which led to my VR account being banned. Unfortunately, my Facebook account, which was linked to the VR account, was also banned. Since I can't appeal through the banned Facebook account, I'm stuck and need assistance to resolve this issue. Please help.

However, here at Meta Quest Support, we do not have the tools or resources to access and assist with Facebook-related account issues. We are limited to product inquiries, Horizon/Meta account issues, and/or Meta product shipping-related issues. Due to this, we would need to direct you to the Facebook Help Center to get assistance, as we have no methods of contact or assistance through our end.
