I have been trying to log in to my Facebook account since April 11th with no luck. I do not have an authenticator set up on the account. Every time I choose the recovery option, I receive a notification saying its me. Then I get sent right back to the authenticator app. Which I do not have, hence the submitting my ID and selfie videos for verification that it is me!!!

Is there a way to actually have a conversation with anyone about this? Phone number? Chat tech?
