So I've tried to resolve this through private message and have received nothing. Recently bought the new Quest 3S that came with a copy of the Batman game. My Quest 3S is shared amongst multiple members of the family. Nowhere in the information provided with the headset was it stated that if the first account to connect to the headset was a child account that the entire offer would be forfeit. I have now lost the $50.00 and don't know what to do. This is aggravating because there wasn't a way for me to know about this. I understand the game is restricted from the child accounts (rated teen), but with the documentation provided in headset there was nothing to let me know that if a child account activated first that the offer would be invalidated. Technologically, there is no reason why the first parental account that activates on the headset could not redeem.
