Ad accound Verification Issues

Hi,
I’m reaching out for assistance regarding my ad account, which has been blocked. I’ve checked my account and confirmed that there are no upcoming or due payments—everything is fully up to date.
 
I also attempted to verify my payment methods, but I continue to receive a message to contact support, even after trying multiple times. I have also already submitted a request for a profile review and reached out via the Business Support channel, but I have not received any response so far.
 
I rely on this ad account, and I relay hope to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please let me know what further steps I need to take to have my account reviewed and reactivated.
