Hi, I received an email that my child is using my account and needs to have his own under mine. I followed the links in the email to create one but I cannot get past the part where it needs to do a temporary authorization on my credit card. I put in the correct info but nothing happens when I click "Confirm". On my phone it says it could not authorize me.

Please help as his access will stop working on 4/11 as per the email.

Hi, I don’t see a link or button that allows me to send a message. I only see badges and the public form below it. Is there a direct link you can send for this?

Next, click 'Send a Message' to PM. If you're logged into your Meta Quest community account, you should be able to click the underlined hyperlink under the word here in the previous sentence. Yes I understand the email and now I’m also able to see the send message button. I have sent a private message. I would like to send screenshots but I don’t see the option.
