Hi, I’ve just bought a MQ3 and set it up using my details and all working fine. I am trying to add my 10 year old son to it as a second profile. I’ve setup up his meta account and the added it to the headset. However when I try and switch to his profile it sends me off to the meta.com/device where I add him and enter the code. I then go back to the headset and it asks me to “sit down and find a space where my arms don’t hit anything” or similar message but I cannot click the continue button. The pointer disappears at this stage. I can’t select it using my headset and volume button either so I never get past this stage?
I have removed his account from the headset a few times and it just does the same when I try and read it.
any ideas please as this is really doing my head in 😂
