We're from The Netherlands and my son is 12. He got a message saving that he needs to be 13 or I (his mom) needs to create an account and add him there before january 11th 2025. To verify that I am an adult they need creditcard information, but we don't even have a creditcard and they don't gibe any alternatives. I can't get in contact with support to adress this issue. He put a lot of money and time in his Meta Quest and it will be such a shame for him to lose it all! Does anyone have any tips or advice or anything?
