Hi, I have set up my quest with my Facebook account. Through the Meta family account set up, u have created an account for my 12 year old child. I have set up the parental watch for this. Her account is set up and works and I have added her through the device options for adding another account. I add her account and it is visible and can be selected, however it is stuck in the set up screen with the floating balls. It will do nothing from here.
Please don't tell me to do a factory reset, I've spent about 6 hours today sorting this, resetting it, rebooting it, trying to log into the app and all manner of things.
I've had nothing but problems with this since we got it at Christmas, I have lost all purchases made on it because of a requirement to factory reset and I'm really, really frustrated right now and majorly annoyed with how much has been spent on this and having issues constantly.

Ended up solving this. For some unknown reason, the WiFi worked on.my account fine, but I changed it hotspot when signing into my daughters account. Who knows why the WiFi would Work perfect but then when changing accounts doesn't work. Kinda sums this whole crap up.

How it works for me. The issue is when it sends me the code to the computer, it gave me an error. What I did was to go to my meta account in the computer, log off, create the second one in meta, log in, and then use this one to confirm the code. And it worked
