The features of the quest system updates are continuously released. Although the update notes say that a certain feature has been updated, these features may still be in testing. You may not be able to experience the new features mentioned a few months ago until a few weeks or months later. I think this is very confusing. Ten people's headsets may have ten different features, but there is no way. The quest system updates have always been like this, and I don't think they will change in the future.

Im in the exact same boat, very frustrating. As far as VR has come since the Virtual Boy days🤣, it still has a long way to go as far as software, hardware, customization, and 3rd party apps. I'm sure as time goes by it will come but right now it's difficult. I mean look at the Apple VR device. They discontinued making it. Everyone for the past few years and now are just guinea pigs
