I work for a non-profit organization that is using grant funding to develop VR training applications for clients with disabilities.
We need to have functions that are limited to administrators for 5 headsets, each of which will be located in an office in a different town.
We will have the headsets cast the VR training to laptops/tablets of employees who are functioning as coaches, who can help the disabled clients through the training.
What we need: functions that are limited to a small group of people who have administrator access.
Is there guidance somewhere in the Meta universe that tells me how to do that? (I'm a new user of Quest 3, Meta, and oculus.com/casting.)
Thank you!

Hi there @TimLM,
We are happy to see that you are using our headset for a great cause, and we would love to help answer any question on your way to this VR training applications for disabled clients.
You can create 5 different accounts very easily by just following the steps found here, but remember each account will need a different username and email.
At this point in time, there is no option on our Quest devices to control which employees can function as coaches, but if you would like to leaves us a suggestion on how to add such a feature then please, visit our ideas forum where we always love to hear your opinion on how to advance our product.
Unfortunately there is currently no feature on our Quest devices to limit the access of installing games, the only way you would be able to limit such access would be through a Parent managed account.
The casting that you have mentioned should be of no problem, just remember before you start casting:
If you would like to learn more about casting then just click here to get to our Quest casting page.
This feature is currently unavailable but later this year, Meta will be launching a new education product for Quest devices which might be able to help your cause further.
We hope you found this information helpful, and if you have any question, then don't hesitate to ask.

Hey there!
If you do not require the use of phones for casting this should be okay.
However, to set up the device they will need a mobile phone/ tablet to connect to so you can set them up through our app.

Thank you for a thorough answer. I appreciate it! 😀
In your response, you said: "Make sure that your phone, computer and headset are on the same Wi-Fi network."
Can you explain what function the user's phone has to do with casting a VR game to a laptop or tablet?
(In my workplace the people who will be coaches do not have company phones. So, I was hoping I could set up all headsets with the 2 training applications that are being developed, and the coaches would not have to install anything on their personal phones.)
Thank you again!
Tim
