Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me with my case.
Our Facebook Business Advertising Account has been under restriction for nearly 2 years, and unfortunately, no one from my team knows what policy or rules we may have violated. I gained the responsibility of the account about eight months ago, and I am working towards increasing the credibility of the profile.
Since taking on the responsibility of the account, I attempted a request for review and submitted Identification. However, I mistakenly made the error of sending an executive's ID instead of the account owner's ID, resulting in the review being denied, with no further option for review. Additionally, I have attempted to contact the Meta Business Support Facebook page through iMessage on several occasions but have not received a response.
Our goal is to have our account unrestricted and gain Meta Verification to increase our page's credibility. Any direction on whom I should contact regarding this issue to gain more information on why our advertising account was restricted and steps to move forward would be greatly appreciated.

We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Business Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.
We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
For disabled, restricted or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.
