I purchased a 512GB Bundle via the Affirm payment option. I have received the HMD and I have been using it for both work and play. I still have not recieved any additional warranty information, nor has my 2-years of Quest+ been activated. I have paid for a 1 year sub of Quest+ out of pocket as I have been losing patience with Meta Support and their vague claims of a detailed investigation.
You sold me a plan without the means to deliver, and there are virtually no menus of continued contact to follow up on resolution. Just getting bounced from e-mail to e-mail with no progress.
How do I get satisfaction for this error when I have already had to pay extra out of pocket for the service that was supposed to be included with the bunndle?
