This is my 4th attempt at having my issue resolved. I purchased a new Quest 3 with the Affirm payment plan which included the quest+ subscription. I received my device and set it up, but I can’t access my quest + subscription. I logged into my account and see all of my app purchases, but my devices and my quest+ subscription are not listed. Neither is my most recent order number. I chatted with support and was told someone would email me. Someone (Noxolo) emailed me and told me to check my email including my spam folders and notifications for an email about my subscription. I did so and no such email exists. I have paid for a meta+ subscription and am not able to access it. My last email was simply ignored. I am quite frustrated at this point and am not sure where to get help.

@LordArceus Still haven’t received a resolution to my issue. On Sept 23rd, I received an email stating I would be given an update in 3-5 days and haven’t heard from anyone since. There must be a solution to this issue. Seems it would be pretty simple to just issue me a refund for the quest+ subscription. Or maybe just issue me the subscription! I don’t understand how this can be so complicated. I have paid for a product I have not received.
