After a factory reset my meta quest 2 doesn’t pair with my oculus app on my iPhone

This has been a month or longer trying to fix this issue but I haven’t found a solution. Please try and help me fix this problem, I really want to play with my friends.

Hey there, @Luckey.Monkey. Thank you for contacting us about not being able to pair your headset to your mobile app after doing a factory reset. Having any sort of pairing issue can certainly take all of the wind out of your VR sails, and we would like to lend a hand to help out. So we can get a bit more insight into this, can you tell us the following?

 

Are you getting any error messages while doing this?

Does the pairing code ever show up?

What troubleshooting steps have you done?

I  do get error messages on the app causing it isn’t pair and I have done everything that it told me, I have factory reset the headset like twice and it still won’t connect and yes it does show but it also shows on the app and when I try to delete it on the auth meta website it isn’t there. It’s really weird how it’s on the app but just won’t connect, I have also tried other phones and it doesn’t work. 

Also sorry for the late response

I have also used a different account and still no connect 

I would also like to say it did connect before I reset it for a glitch I was having

hey oculus im having wrong also and i did the same thing and it gave me the old code that I started with
