After connecting account with my Oculus, my whole library and purchases are gone?!?!

so here ist the thing, i havent touched my Meta Quest for over a Year since it was at a friends place, however since i got it back, i tried to connect it with my old account and it told me to create (or connect it with) a meta account...which i did. Since in the confirmation email, i am even adressed with my old display name, i assumed everything was fine but all my purchases and library is empty...like i never purchased anything?!?! please someone help me, this really sucks and i cant find customer support...just getting directed from one site to another...really frustrating.
