After exiting from Quest TV, I am stuck in a VR world with NO menus

Hi All,

Finally bought my first ever VR Headset.

All setup went well, and learning about all this crazy virtual worlds is a lot of fun.

I am enjoying the Quest TV icon - which gets me into a world of things to watch.

 

HOWEVER, when I "X" out of the particular clip I am watching - and return to my "virtual living room", I am unable to bring up ALL my menu's again. They are simply missing. I am sitting in the lounge but nothing else is working.

 

I have done a soft reboot, and nothing happens.

Only solution is to do a hard reboot. And log in again.

 

Any suggestions? Happens pretty much everytime I am finished watching a clip.

Hi there,

 

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.  We would first suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that fixes the issue you're experiencing.  If it doesn't, it would be an app issue directly and at that point we would suggest filing a bug report on the Quest TV app itself!

I am having the same problem when I exit any game or app. No menu! Have to restart the quest! I did a factory reset and still have the problem.

If you are able to re-access your menus following a reboot, we recommend filing a bug report on our website, with details available through this link. However, if your problem is persisting, please get in touch over private message, and we can assist in looking into the issue further.
