After factory reset of Oculus Go, phone's Oculus app does not even look for headset again?

Likely a silly question, though after a factory reset of the Oculus Go, the Oculus app does not even look for the headset, which simply displays "Continue on phone" in many languages.

How does one force the app to look for the Go headset so that it can be setup?

Thanks,
Dave

Hi,
I know this post is 3 years old but I have the same problem and until now I was not able to find a solution.
Was anyone able to help you or did you find a solution?

Hi there, thank you for bringing this to the community. We understand how frustrating this is to you. We'd love to work with you on this and get you back into gaming.

Try doing another hard factory reset on the headset, but this time by pressing the power and the -volume button.

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket here
